After 12+ years as a clinical pharmacist, I kept watching the same gap widen: patients buried in wellness content that ranged from vague to dangerous — and a healthcare system with no time to fill the gap.

I built Geno-minded Rx to change that. This is where pharmacist-level knowledge lives in plain language — no appointments, no agenda beyond the science.

My focus is autoimmune disease and longevity — two areas where the supplement and lifestyle evidence is simultaneously deep and deeply misunderstood.
